When, in the course of human history, the Ukrainian people have had to reassert their existence and occupy a separate and equal position among the powers of the earth, to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to declare again its freedom and sovereignty.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal; that men are naturally grouped into tribes, and tribes into nations; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness; that government is instituted among men to secure these rights, and that the power of governments is derived from the consent of the governed; that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of such ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, deriving their power from such principles and self-organization in such manner as to them seem best for their own safety and happiness.

Prudence, of course, suggests not to change long-established governments for petty and transient reasons; according to this, all experience shows that humanity prefers to endure until the disaster is tolerated rather than to correct it by abolishing the usual forms. However, when a long series of violations and abuses of power reveal the intention to dissolve the Ukrainian people in the citizenship of the state, and its complete abandonment of the Ukrainian people outside the state, then the people have the right and duty to establish a new form of securing their existence in the future. Such has been the long suffering of our people, and such is the finality that now forces them to change the established forms of government. The entire history of the current government in Ukraine is a history of constant abuse of power and violations of law. To prove this, the facts are presented for the impartial world to know.

The Ukrainian state was created and should develop within its current borders on the basis of the inalienable right of the Ukrainian people to self-determination. The Ukrainian state must protect the statehood of the Ukrainian people. Instead, the state itself erases the existence of the Ukrainian people in the legal plane. The state itself has allowed the transfer of national property and resources to the oligarchy. It is the state that, since the collapse of the Soviet Union, has been constantly leading the Ukrainian people into the abyss of impoverishment. The state itself has been destroying the country's military, political and economic potential.

Therefore, we, the representatives of the Ukrainian people, appealing to the Almighty Judge of the world with the assurance of the justice of our intentions, in the name and on behalf of all the good people of our nation, solemnly declare and proclaim that our Ukrainian people is, and by law must be, free and independent; that we have freed ourselves from any state dependence and based on the need to fully ensure human rights and freedoms, respecting the national rights of all other peoples and tribes, caring for the full political, economic, social and spiritual development of the Ukrainian people, recognizing the need for the sovereign existence of the Ukrainian people in the world, aiming to establish its sovereignty and self-government, using the God-given self-determination of the first of us, the Ukrainian Igor from the Bobro genus, from the Ukrainian tribe, his Declaration of the Sovereignty of a Free and Sovereign Man dated 14.08.2023, and, on the basis of the Memorandum of Recognition and Cooperation with Igor from the Bobro genus, from the Ukrainian tribe and the Ukrainian community of North Rhine-Westphalia registered association, dated 24.08.2023, based on the recognition of the sovereignty of the Ukrainian people by the state of Ukraine in the Declaration of State Sovereignty of Ukraine dated 16.07.1990 (Preamble, last paragraph: aiming to establish the sovereignty and self-government of the people of Ukraine)

The sovereignty of the Ukrainian people as the supremacy, independence, fullness and indivisibility of power within the Ukrainian people, and sovereignty and equality in external relations with other subjects of international legal relations, with the full right to declare war, make peace, enter into alliances, enter into trade relations and perform any other acts and deeds to which independent states and other subjects of international law have the right.

1. We accept for all ages, until the end of the world, the definition of Ukrainian, from the first of us, Ukrainian Igor from the Bobro genus, from the Ukrainian tribe: "A Ukrainian is a free and sovereign person of the Ukrainian tribe who speaks the Ukrainian language and has one or both Ukrainian parents."

2. A Ukrainian is a nationality in the ethnic sense; a Ukrainian is not a state citizenship.

3. The Ukrainian people/Ukrainianness is a separate sovereign entity in international legal relations, developing in the global world on the basis of the exercise by the Ukrainian people of their inalienable right to self-determination.

4. All Ukrainians (paragraph 1.), Ukrainian tribes who recognize this Declaration on the Freedom and Sovereignty of the Ukrainian People constitute the Ukrainian people.

5. The Ukrainian people are sovereign, free and independent, and are not limited by state, religious or any other borders.

6. The Ukrainian people defend and protect themselves. Any violent actions against the sovereignty of the Ukrainian people by political parties, public organizations, other groups, individuals, or any subjects of international legal relations are unacceptable.

7. Ukrainianness is an absolute, democratic, people's monarchy that concerns the Ukrainian people, not the territory of any state. The territory of influence of the Ukrainian people is the Ukrainian people.

8. The Ukrainian people/Ukrainianness, combining the monarchical form of government and expressing their will through direct democracy, elects the King of the Ukrainian people and vests him with the full political and legal expression of the Ukrainian people.

9. The transfer of royal power shall be by will of the King, with subsequent ratification by the General Congress of Ukrainianness. If Ukrainianness does not agree with the last will of the King, it has the right to elect another King or Queen.

10. In strong faith in the grace of God's providence, we elect Ihor of the Bobro genus, of the Ukrainian tribe, King of the Ukrainian people, and we swear brotherhood to one another, loyalty to our King and to the Ukrainian people, and to lay down our lives, fortunes, and sacred honor in support of this Declaration.

The declaration has two versions, a handwritten and a printed one, and a third, electronic NFT version will also be created. All three versions have the equal force.
